Equipment Used
- Atomberg mixer grinder
- Spatula
- Knife for roughly chopping the carrots and a chopping board
- Big steel/ glass bowl for mixing the chopped carrots, raisins, seeds, dates, etc.
- Some small bowls for keeping all the ingredients in place
- A spoon for sprinkling the needed seeds
- A small bowl for cardamom powder for rolling the balls in it
- A pair of kitchen tweezers for garnishing the dish with rose petals
- A flat serving plate
Method of Preparation
- Roughly chop the carrots with a kitchen knife.
- Put them into the Atomberg mixer grinder jar and lock it.
- The safety LED light turns blue when the jar is locked properly.
- Let the carrots chop and gain the perfect coarse texture.
- Empty the jar with the finely chopped carrots into a bowl.
- Now, grind the pistachios, mixed seeds, and flax seeds in the chutney jar.
- Grind them all at the speed of 3 into a fine powder mixture.
- Now add dates and raisins to the fine mixture in the jar and grind them at 3rd speed.
- Empty the mixture from the jar into the bowl of finely chopped carrots.
- Sprinkle the cardamom powder and dried rose petals onto the entire mixture.
- Knead them all like a dough until they are all mixed well without any lumps.
- Now shape them into equal-sized balls with your hands.
- Now roll these balls into the finely chopped pistachios and place them one above the other in a pattern.

Tips/ Tricks
- Garnish the carrot ladoos with dried rose petals for a better presentation.
- Even cocoa powder can be added to the bites while preparing the batter.
- Other options include adding a dash of vanilla essence or cinnamon powder.
- Instead of pistachio powder at the end, you can also try chopped and ground crunchy coconut to cover the balls with it.
