WHAT QUALIFIES FOR PRICE MATCH?

1. Online Authorized Retailers only – We match online authorized retailers, Amazon and Flipkart.
2. Our Price Match Guarantee can only be used against products bought from atomberg.com and the same product model (e.g. same size, colour, specification etc) is available to buy from the other authorized online retailer at a lower price.
3. All Price Match Guarantee requests must be placed within 24 hr of placing your order.

WHAT ATOMBERG WON'T MATCH?

1. We do not match pricing from Offline stores.
2. We don’t match VIP or membership discounts, multi-buy offers, bundles, free gifts, cash back or discounts offered or bank offers on card.
3. Accessories are not eligible to be price matched.
4. Price Match can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
5. We will not apply The Price Match Guarantee to multi-item promo offers or bulk discount purchases.
6. Any limited quantity, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, clearance, closeout, discontinued, “doorbuster,” Black Friday/Cyber Monday (the week before and after Thanksgiving) and Green Monday prices, Atomberg won’t match.
7. After the purchase from atomberg.com , if during sale price gets lowered during the very next day, even that is not considered under price match.
8. We can change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page. We may refuse, withdraw or suspend the Price Match Guarantee (or any part of it), at any time without notice.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM?

Send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase, with the following details:

1. Website Name where you saw the difference.
2. Screenshot of the offer
3. Details of full price
4. Your full name
5. Contact number in case we need to reach you
6. Invoice of your order wherein you ordered the same product through the seller.

Once we receive your e-mail, we'll review the details and get back to you with an answer, via email, within 1-2 working days. Once we've processed your claim, please allow 14 days for the payment to be credited to the same account used to make the original online purchase from atomberg.com . If COD is the mode of payment, then we will provide you the difference amount coupon code to place an all-new fresh order with the lesser value.

Return Policy

1. Purchase product from atomberg.com
2. Try for 10 days and return the product if you don’t like it.
3. Get your refund once the product is picked up.

What are the conditions for returns?

3. Returns are subject to a successful quality check.

What is the return timeframe?

1. You must initiate a return within 10 days of receiving the product. Returns initiated beyond this period cannot be processed.

1. Returns for items purchased on platforms like Amazon or Flipkart are subject to their respective return policies. Please contact the platform directly to initiate a return or for further assistance.

1. Order value up to ₹5,000 . Pay the full amount in cash at your doorstep. No advance is needed.
2. Order value ₹5,001 – ₹20,000 . Pay 5% of your order amount upfront and settle the remaining amount in cash at delivery.
