Terms & Conditions:

1. Cashback will be credited as reward point in Amazon Pay balance of the account used to apply for the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card
2. 1% of the transaction amount will be offered as Reward Points
3. Reward points will be credited within 2 working days of the completion of your last billing cycle in terms of Amazon Gift Cards and can be redeemed as per the Terms and Conditions applicable to such Amazon Gift Card at the time of issuance
4. Education, rent transactions, international transactions, utility transactions outside the Amazon platform, fuel, gold, silver, any precious metal and any Tax-related transactions will not be eligible for Reward Points
5. Reward Points earned on all transactions will be rounded down to the nearest integer
6. EMI transactions, including EMI on call and cash transactions will not be eligible for Reward Points. If any transaction is converted in the future to EMI or EMI on call, Reward Points for the same transaction will be clawed back
7. Reward Points will not be credited again in case of EMI cancelation
8. If the outstanding balance is converted into EMI, Reward Points will be clawed back
9. In case of transaction cancellation/reversal, Reward Points for the transaction will be clawed back
10. In case of Credit Card replacement, Amazon Pay Rewards for the given bill cycle will be credited in the subsequent bill cycle
11. For any disputes against monthly cashback/rewards, the customer has to reach out to ICICI Bank within 90 days from the date of issuance. Post this period, the calculation will be assumed as accurate as per the Card construct and no further changes will be made
12. In case of card cancellation/blocking, no rewards will be credited post the current statement cycle.
13. ICICI Bank reserves the right to retract/adjust the issued reward points against the subsequently earned rewards, ensuring that the net benefit awarded to the customer is as per card construct, if the same is issued erroneously or due to a technical glitch on the part of the Bank, the Merchant Establishment or any third party or for any other reasons whatsoever.
